Ordering & Return Policies

Placing an Order

All wedding dresses and most bridal separates are made to order. Some of our popular bridal separates may be in stock and ready to ship. We require either an upfront full payment or half deposit before we begin production. If you request the 50/50 payment plan, please contact us directly instead of ordering online as the e-commerce system does not allow payment plans.

Below is our production schedule guideline for items ordered using our standard size chart. Custom orders are also available with an extended lead time. We may also be able to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

Wedding dresses        12 – 14 weeks

Bridal separates          4 – 6 weeks

Belts / sashes             3 – 4 weeks (some styles / sizes maybe in stock and we can ship within 1 – 2 business days)

Veils                              7 – 12 business days

Custom dresses          12 – 18 weeks (special designs, sizing, etc. that are not standard)

Custom belts               5 – 8 weeks

Custom veils                7 – 16 business days

By placing your order online you agree that your order is accurate. It is your responsibility to ensure that the size, color, and options are correct. We do not take responsibility for incorrect orders placed by our customers. Contact us if you need assistance before placing orders. ­


  •  All dresses and bridal separates are made using our standard size guideline. Please refer to the individual size charts for each style. 
  •  Some alteration is expected to achieve the perfect fit. We highly recommend that you are professionally measured by a seamstress before placing an order. We cannot take responsibility if you ordered the wrong dress size or if your body measurements changed during production.


  • Credit card is the only acceptable method of payment.
  • Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to California.

Cancellations / Returns / Exchanges – Custom Orders

  • Custom sizing, and design requests are considered custom orders so they may be cancelled before fabrics are ordered and cut at our discretion. However, this is not guaranteed. Please carefully review your order before submitting. Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or adjust an order.
  • All custom request are final and cannot be returned. No exceptions.
  •  We take pride in our work and will guarantee against any manufacturing defects. Notify us within 5 business days if you notice any quality issues and we will fix them right away.

Cancellations / Returns / Exchanges – General Products

We understand the challenges of ordering online so we offer a generous return policy. Styles (wedding dresses and bridal separates) ordered using our standard size charts and specifications (all are noted on each listing) are returnable if the return is postmarked (shipped out) within 7 days after the package is DELIVERED provided that they are new, unused, and with the tag attached. We use the exact date when the package is delivered based on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier to start the return policy. EX: If the package is delivered on 12/1/17, the last day to ship out (shipping carrier accepted the package and not just label created) is 12/8/17. There is no exception to this return policy under any circumstances. If you will be out of town during our production period, please contact us ahead of time to make arrangement so you will receive the package at the right time. While we cannot accommodate every return, we truly value you and will do our best to work with you on your orders and returns. We ask that you do the same for us!

If you need to return, contact us first for a return form, fill out the form, and ship both the item(s) and return form back to us using a traceable shipping method. We recommend adding insurance to the full item value since we cannot take responsibility to lost packages by the shipping carrier. Unless the order is a result of our error (wrong items, manufacturing defect, etc.), we do not provide free returns. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return policy or unauthorized returns. Any unauthorized returns will be sent back to the buyer at their expenses. We will issue a refund minus original shipping fee. Please allow 2 - 5 business days to process returns.

We do not offer exchanges if the size, color, length, etc are not right. You will need to return / ship the item back to us and we will refund your order if the item meets our return policy criteria as stated above. You will then need to place a NEW order.

We understand that finding the perfect wedding dress is a difficult decision especially purchasing one online. So we can also send you fabric swatches, email additional close up pictures, consult with you through emails or over the phone before you decide to place the order. We may also be able to send you a dress for you to try on (if available) so you know we don’t Photoshop images to make them look amazing. Basically, we’ll do everything we can to ensure that you will absolutely LOVE what you’ve purchased!

Orders may be cancelled before fabrics are ordered and cut at our discretion.  Please carefully review your order before submitting.  Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or adjust an order.  

If items are damaged during shipping, we can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.  It is highly recommended to purchase insurance (see shipping policy above) to fully protect your package as we cannot take responsibilities on damages and lost after it leaves our studio.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return policy.

Shipping Options

The chart below lists the standard shipping fee for all orders.  Shipping fees includes appropriate insurance and delivery signature.  If you wish not to request insurance and/or delivery signature, make a note in the comment box when placing the order. 

We ship domestically and internationally.  The following standard domestic shipping fees only apply to U.S. mainland addresses only.  Please contact us for Alaska or Hawaii locations. Unfortunately, dresses cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Expedited shipping is also available - contact us before placing orders.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee of 15% per item. Expedited shipping is separate if you wish to receive the order even faster. Before placing the order, you should contact us directly (by email or by phone) instead of ordering online to ensure that we’re processing your order correctly.

Fabric Swatches

Not sure if the color or fabrics will work? No problem! Fabric swatches are available upon request via email.  We will send you the complete set of fabric swatches if the dresses are made with multiple fabrics. You may request up to 2 sets of swatches for free. Each additional swatch costs $4. The additional swatch cost will be credited to your account when you place the custom dress order.
